The program combines a computer simulation and strategic facilitation, introducing participants to both traditional and contemporary strategic thinking models and practical skills. Participants will leave with a much improved set of strategic thinking competencies, both traditional and new.
APPLYING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE; 10-11 NOVEMBER 2014
Designed in collaboration with Genos, this program draws on the latest social neuroscience and organisational performance methods to demonstrate how to apply the core competencies of emotional intelligence in the leadership and management of others. Through applying emotional intelligence leaders identify how to enhance their impact, influence and resilience, and how to enhance the performance of their people.
SUCCEED IN CHINA; 3 NOVEMBER
Delivering this one day workshop is Harold Chee, Academic Program Director at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School. The day will give participants a more robust understanding of the role of culture and history in the Chinese psyche and a strategic approach to securing better business outcomes with the Chinese.
