Results of RBF’s member survey in March 2016

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent survey to find out what types of events you’d like to see us running. We have taken this survey seriously and will be tailoring events based on responses received.

Here are the results of the survey:

Q1: Our Boardroom Workshops are aimed at small groups with one-on-one time with the presenter at a venue in the Ryde district. We are considering offering instead webinars you can watch from your home or office live or at a later date.  What time/s and format/s best suits you (tick as many as appropriate)?

Q6. We’d love your feedback on our performance as a whole – our networking events, other events, community relations, advocacy and lobbying. Please let us know how we can improve and what we can do to really make you a raving fan of RBF. Responses received:

  • As we are a new member and haven’t been to many events as yet, its a little difficult to comment
  • Great events, maybe some celebrity guests from the business world apart from politicians
  • Excellent networking events
  • I am very happy with RBF to date
  • membership…. the functions seem expensive
  • I enjoy the After Hours events and find it a good way to network. Keep up the good work.
  • Support start-ups by offering 12 month free membership as trial as cashflow is tightest when starting up
  • Need to get some real estate, building and construction industry related events because that is what is driving the economy. Enough of other typical boring motherhood lectures
  • It is really confusing having so many professional networks. It is still unclear which forum does what — so its hard to make time to go to any of them.
