Ride to Work Day 17 October 2012

Join Optus, The City of Ryde, Ericsson, Bike North and other Macquarie Park businesses to be part of Australia’s biggest active workplace event.

Thousands of regular and first-time cyclists from all states and territories will join National Ride to Work Day on Wednesday 17 October 2012. Macquarie Park has been home to one of Australia’s biggest Ride to Work Day community breakfasts since 2007.

Your employees can show their support for sustainable and active transport by joining with hundreds of other Macquarie Park cyclists for breakfast, access to cycling resources, giveaways, massage, 1-on-1 advice and much more!

How Can My Workplace Get Involved?

Businesses in the area are invited to participate by promoting the event to their employees. We also welcome and strongly encourage local businesses to host a stall, contribute catering or giveaways or assist with staging the event. Registering for the event also enters your business in the National Travel Smart Workplace Challenge.
